As Executive Director of the Labrador Straits Historical Development Corporation I spent many years writing proposals for tourism development in the Labrador Straits region. Business Development

In 1996 the organization which I worked was awarded a contract by the regional economic development agency (zone board) to develop a plan for the business sector in the Labrador Straits, destined to become a part of an overall regional economic development plan. I undertook this work during late 1996 and early 1997.
